BRABUS brand highlights from 2019

As we look back over the last year, it’s clear to see that 2019 was a very busy year for the BRABUS brand! From new product releases to brand recognition awards, there were lots of exciting highlights. Here is a summary of some of the key moments:

New product releases and events

You may have seen BRABUS products being showcased and premiered across a whole host of events throughout 2019. The first product announcement of 2019 was the BRABUS 800 Coupé, which also saw the world premiere of the new BRABUS Monoblock F "BLACK PLATINUM Special Edition" wheel.

But the excitement didn’t stop there; the Geneva International Motor Show in March saw BRABUS present a further five world premieres; the BRABUS 800 WIDESTAR, the BRABUS 900, the BRABUS 850- 4X42, the BRABUS Ultimate E Shadow Edition and the BRABUS Business Plus. A busy event indeed

An array of beautiful BRABUS classics were on show at the Techno Classica Essen in April, offering attendees the chance to see rare finds such as the Mercedes 300 SL Gullwing and the Mercedes 280 SE 2.5 Cabriolet. An opportunity not to be missed!

BRABUS hosted a VIP Charity Tour in May of last year which saw a procession of BRABUS classics drive through the picturesque roads of Bonn, in a bid to raise money for two well-deserving charities.

Top Marques Monaco, which also took place in May, saw another world premiere for BRABUS, with the unveiling of the new BRABUS 800 and the BRABUS 800 SHADOW Limited Edition.

The beginning of June saw BRABUS partner up with Carsplus to host the BRABUS Summer VIP Tour. This year it took place in Sylt – an island in Northern Germany – and was an opportunity for BRABUS to reveal the new BRABUS 800 BLACK OPS Limited Edition. The event was a huge success, one which our Sandon Brabus team thoroughly enjoyed and it is thought that another tour will be confirmed in 2020.

The annual Frankfurt Motor Show was another opportunity for BRABUS to share some exciting new products, and they certainly took advantage of this. Details were released of the BRABUS high performance range for the Mercedes-AMG A35 4MATIC, the BRABUS Adventure Package and the BRABUS bucket seat system for the Mercedes-Benz G-Class, the BRABUS G V12 900 “ONE OF TEN”, and the BRABUS ULTIMATE E. Attendees of the show were inundated with exciting BRABUS news, that’s for sure.

September saw BRABUS attend the Monaco Yacht Show and Goodwood Revival at which a variety of new and classic BRABUS products were proudly displayed.

Towards the end of 2019, BRABUS were invited to partake in the Papenburg 3000 where the BRABUS 800 reached a whopping top speed of 336.5 km/h, allowing the brand to showcase what their 800bhp vehicle is capable of!

To round the year off, BRABUS attended the Essen Motor Show in Germany, which offered the brand the chance to showcase for the final time in 2019 the huge range of new and classic vehicles proudly wearing the BRABUS badge.

BRABUS voted Best Tuning Brand

2019 witnessed more than events and new product releases for BRABUS; in March of last year, readers of German magazine “Auto Motor und Sport” voted BRABUS the best tuning brand for the 13th time. A great accolade for the innovative brand.

Overall 2019 was a hugely successful year for the BRABUS brand and we are already excited to see what they will reveal in 2020!
